The minutes say the proposed work would involve depositing approximately 40-50 truckloads of natural materials, replanting the shoreline with native plants and monitoring it for up to three years.[1]
The committee also discussed early engagement with Lyackson First Nation and Penelakut Tribe; the planner said staff had provided them with early-engagement information in May and August.[1]
