The Islands Trust Executive Committee’s Oct. 14 agenda lists Saturna Island Local Trust Committee Bylaws No. 146 and No. 147 for approval consideration, with recommended resolutions to approve both under Section 27 of the Islands Trust Act.[1]

The agenda cites Bylaw No. 146 as “Saturna Island Land Use Bylaw No. 119, 2018, Amendment No. 1, 2026” and Bylaw No. 147 as “Saturna Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw Infraction Investigations Bylaw No. 30, 1990, Amendment No. 1, 2026.”[1]

The agenda also lists Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw No. 553 for approval consideration, with a recommended resolution to approve it under Section 27 of the Islands Trust Act.[1] It cites the bylaw as “Salt Spring Island Land Use Bylaw, 1999, Amendment No. 2, 2026.”[1]
